CNC Pipe Bender characteristics:

1. Two servo-motors control feeding-Y axis, rotating-B axis.

2. Input data of Y. B. C or according to Descartes X. Y. Z. coordinate can build bending parameter. According to the input data or built parameter the profile of tube will show on the computer.

3. Automatic bending rebound numerical compensation according to accurate measured data. Modify the bending rebound compensation data or compensate manually If the bend is different with what you expect.

4. When machine is running automatically the operator can change it to single step or pause and back to automatic is available.

5.  Processes the functions of manual and auto. Can operate by pedal. After the machine finished a circulation step the pedal can start a new circulation or set the pause time to achieve continuously circulation.

6.  Language of operation panel can switch between Chinese and English with simple operation.

7.  Storage capability: 100 bends for each workpiece. 1000 workpiecesdata could be memorized.

8.  Diagnoses and Warning of wrong information.

9.  Adopt WINDOWS XP Embed operation system.
